As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide individualized care tailored to each client's unique needs. Together, we will develop a strength-based treatment plan that reflects your personal goals and supports your growth. Rather than focusing solely on the problem, we will integrate both mind and body to help you build practical strategies for success in relationships and life. My clinical approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. We will begin by identifying the challenges you are facing, and then draw on your existing strengths to build resilience and momentum for change. I incorporate a range of evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma focused Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and crisis intervention. We can also take our sessions outside for a "walk and talk" therapy, using the trails and natural beauty of our Alaska home as a therapeutic backdrop.
